And who am I? I’m a customer service professional and cook who loves sharing meals and, of course, eating. I grew up with an autoimmune disease, which has shaped my relationship with food. All my life the focus for mealtime was on what I couldn’t eat. No nuts. No seeds. No spice. Today, I’ve learned to build a happy relationship with all the things I can eat, and I now cook for the joy of flavor, nutrition and comfort. I also study herbalism and incorporate herbs into my cooking, tend to my kombucha baby, and flip through the pages of cookbooks and magazine for inspo.
