Whether you’re a new parent looking for a little help in the kitchen, a busy professional with precious little free time, or you’re just looking to improve your health and try some new meals along the way, we’re here to help. We’ll cater a weekly meal plan to your tastes, dietary needs, preferences and lifestyle—making eating well as easy as gluten-free pie!

And who am I? I’m a customer service professional and cook who loves sharing meals and, of course, eating. I grew up with an autoimmune disease, which has shaped my relationship with food. All my life the focus for mealtime was on what I couldn’t eat. No nuts. No seeds. No spice. Today, I’ve learned to build a happier relationship with all the things I can eat, and I now cook as an act of joy. I also study herbalism and incorporate herbs into my cooking, tend to my kombucha baby, and flip through the pages of cookbooks and magazine for inspo.
